Check In:

Check in time is at 3:00 pm.

Booking for Today:

9:00 pm is the cutoff time when booking a suite online for today.

Visitors:

Visitors are welcomed to visit during your stay. Notification of their arrivals should be provided for the privacy and security of others in the park (text or check in). Minimum visitors at a time. Visitation times end at 5pm. Visitors wishing to stay for an extended duration will have to pay a daytime/nightime fee and may stay until park closing time, 11pm.

Motorized Vehicles:

Please share the roads, and drive slowly. Use dedicated parking spaces provided at your suite. Recreational vehicles must be trailered on and off the property. There is a dedicated load, off load and travel area for safety matters. See management regarding the offloading of recreational vehicles.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 11:30 pm - 8 am. (Rooster is exempted).

Pets:

Friendly pets are always welcomed (two only, pet friendly suites). For allergy reasons, pets are not permitted in Suites #3, #4, #6, & #7. You must keep your furry family members safe on a leash as there are other animals fenced on the property, as well, wild predators. It is the sole responsibility of guest pet owners, for any damages caused, for the duration of your stay. Please clean up after your own pets.

Rates:

Suites 1-4 are based on double occupancy, and Suite 7 is adults only. Rates increase during peak season to $199/night (June 1st - September 30). Please refer to the rates page.

Garbage:

Please use garbage and recycling containers where provided. Please use smoking disposals as provided. Composting items are welcomed, littering is not.

Smoking:

No smoking permitted inside the suites, disposals are provided around the property. Disposals are provided with each unit and can be moved onto your deck if you choose.

The Park Property:

There is a field area for all guests to use. Keep your practice of social distancing, follow the public guidelines. Guests are welcomed to explore and enjoy the property, while respecting the privacy, personal space and property belonging to others. Use of property is at your own risk. 

Property Items:

Removal of any items belonging to your suite is strictly prohibited. Please bring along items you will need for your travels. Guests will be held responsible for any items belonging to the park, lost, stolen or damaged, for the duration of your stay. Please use care. We can not be held responsible for any personal property of guests, lost, stolen, damaged or otherwise, for the duration of your stay, management's decisions are final and binding.

Cancellation Policy:

If more than 14 days before your booking, a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.

If you cancel less than 14 days before your booking, there will be no refunds.

Negligent Fees:

Pertaining to property items, all items to be replaced, will be at replacement value, including, but not limited to shipping, handling, installation, etc.

There is a $50 charge for not properly cleaning the BBQ. There will be a $250 cleaning charge for smoking in the suites.

Firepit:

The community fire pit may be used by all, providing regulations permit. Gathering of wood is an accepted activity. However, no cutting live trees, please. Firewood can be purchased.

Eviction:

No refunds will be given.

Check out:

Check out time is at 11:00 am.
